Here at Prism Client Solutions we can guarantee we aren’t like any other. We aren’t your usual 9-5 office that thrives on working you to the bone.
Instead, we promote a positive, challenging culture which breeds happy people. Our aim is to create a workplace that people look forward to coming into each morning instead of dreading. When people are in the right environment, they become the best version of themselves, which leads to them being top performers in their field. We do not believe in micromanaging individuals but instead encourage others to manage themselves on a day-to-day basis, therefore giving people the freedom to go at their own pace and be their own boss.
Our specialty
At Prism we are a Customer Based Acquisitions company which really just means that Brands hire us to market their products and services to consumers in a cost effective way. Clients outsource the customer acquisitions part of their business to us, the same way you would outsource your car getting fixed to a mechanic. We are often more knowledgeable and effective at bringing in new business than the client themselves because of course we understand that our clients have so many different aspects of their business they need to focus on, that is why customer acquisition is our speciality!
Why Prism?
There are many ways to get your product or service to market and to get the consumer excited about either buying a product or signing a contract for a service. Unfortunately for companies, a lot of these methods take huge up-front investment and are extremely risky, which is why a lot of new start-ups fail. Prism Client Solutions’ CEO has spent the last 19 years perfecting the art of customer acquisition in the most efficient way possible. This offers brands the quickest and most cost-effective way of growing their customer base which makes us first choice.
Because of our CEO’s huge success over the last 19 years working in three different countries (UK, Australia and USA) we only work with the best clients in several industries: telecommunications, energy, energy efficiency, health and beauty and not for profit.
Due to the many successful campaigns we have worked on, our clients are always looking for us to take on new campaigns and grow into different markets, which provides us with constant opportunity for growth both at home and abroad.
We are a one-stop shop for clients, as they usually have to outsource their marketing and sales to two different companies, whereas we do it all. This makes it more cost-effective for our clients and more of a streamlined experience for customers.
Sales is the most valuable skill that you can learn in life. The art of selling is simply the art of communication. By learning this skill you increase your value, which makes you more of an asset to any business, whether it’s your own or someone else’s.
Sales is limitless and universal.
Recruiting the right team is key to any successful business. Richard Branson says “learn to recruit people who are smarter than you. Treat them well and the rest will look after itself”. Every company wants the best talent but 9 times out of 10 the best recruiter wins.
Training people is a skill needed for any position where you have to manage other people in business. Regardless of the industry or the role, the ability to pass on information and build confidence is key to building any great organisation.
Being responsible for people means you must learn how to both manage people and lead. Managing people is about getting people to do the things they don’t want to whilst giving them structure and guidance. Leading people is about inspiring them to do things they didn’t think they could do.
James is the Founder and CEO of Prism Clients Solutions and none of us would be here if it wasn’t for him. If their was one best way to describe James and everyone can agree it’s that he definitely is someone that we all look up to and aspire to be like, even if it is in the slightest possible way. James really does go above and beyond for everyone that works within the company and he is always someone that we can all rely on to lead from the front or be their when needing a helping hand. When you think of what James does within the company the list is endless as this man can and really does do it all, we honestly couldn’t ask for a better mentor. Before founding Prism Client Solutions James has had extensive experience as he worked within the industry 15 years prior to actually opening Prism. He felt he had something new to bring to the table which the industry just hadn’t seen yet and this has lead to him being the leading company in Glasgow within our sector. The man has seriously done more in a short space of time than you can imagine, he has had offices over in America and Australia but the list honestly is endless of the things he has achieved over the previous years. Outside of work you will either find James in the gym, enjoying quality time with his family or generally pushing himself to try new things and succeed whilst giving them a go. Wether that is being healthier in life, experiencing new places, reaching new goals with fitness or just business goals that he sets for himself, their really isn’t anything this man can’t do once he has set his mind to something.

Amanda is definitely the bloodline to our company. If you were to ask anyone within the company you would get the same answer from everyone, and it’s that she goes above and beyond for absolutely everyone and ensures all aspects of the company are always running smoothly. When we talk about what Amanda does within the company it is anything you can think of because in all honesty she can do it all and does do it all. That is why she is our Head of Operations as you can always count on Amanda to make sure every single department is on track, having fun but definitely getting the job done. Amanda has been with the company since we began back in may 2018 where she started as head of recruitment but has since progressed her way to Head of Operations, she really has went to extreme heights with us and her talents are just never ending. Before Amanda started with Prism she studied international business at Nottingham Trent University, another exciting thing you may not know about Amanda is that she actually grew up in Zimbabwe. Outside of work you will find that Amanda loves to travel, socialise with friends and can’t resist a cheesy hallmark movie so if you get the pleasure of meeting Amanda make sure to mention a cringey love story as she will have probably already watched it.

David also known as ‘Dave’ is one our Campaign Directors here at Prism Client Solutions. David does anything from building the team, to teaching them how to be be incredible leaders, aiding in day to day responsibilities and generally just giving a helping hand where it is needed. Trust me everyone could use a Dave. He has had many years experience in the industry and has actually been with our company since it began back in May 2018 but what a lot of people may not know about Dave is that before starting in the industry he actually studied Animation and Forensic Art so you can imagine he is pretty handy when it comes to anything creative. Outside of work you will find that Dave enjoys going to up to his families farm and helping out where he can and in all honesty who wouldn’t enjoy spending time with cute animals, but most of all he enjoys time with his tortoise Rav.

Ashley is currently one of our Recruitment Managers here at Prism Client Solutions, she helps with the overall process for the company and handles everything to do with the companies start to finish recruitment process but also ensures that she can provide what the candidates are looking for. She has only worked with us since September 2022 but what Ashley has produced and excelled in since working with ourselves is beyond astonishing. Ashley has made an exceptional mark on the Team and has really stepped into her role, making herself irreplaceable here at Prism. Before starting with us Ashley actually studied History and Politics at Strathclyde University which she has only fairly recently graduated. Outside of work Ashley enjoys her health and fitness and is a proud Gym lover, but most of all she loves going trips away and experiencing new places with her partner, so you can always count on Ashley for a good recommendation on where to go.

Alicia is currently our Brand Manager here at Prism Client Solutions. She covers our social media, maintains the overall representation of our brand and ensures that it showcases who we are as a company. Alicia has worked with us since September 2021 where she started out as a Recruitment Assistant within the company but has since progressed on pushing herself into a different area within the company. Alicia is looking to achieve and really push herself more within the company and we can’t wait to see what is in store for her. Outside of work you will find that Alicia is a massive foodie who enjoys trying new foods and restaurants, she loves to spend time socialising with her partner, friends and family, but mostly she is very into her fashion and you can really see that through her style when she steps foot in the office. Alicia worked as a Sales and Marketing Assistant for almost 2 years before joining us here at Prism so you can imagine she loves a good chat, but has since really found her groove within the company.

At Prism we strive to have an outstanding working environment that everyone feels comfortable in, has fun but knows how to get the job done. We would hate if anyone walked away from ourself with a bad taste in their mouth which is why we are always more than happy to lend a helping hand where it is needed and that is why we aim to create a workplace where our team actually looks forward to coming in each morning rather than staring at the clock hoping it is home time. We believe that having the right work environment is what leads to a great performing company and really allows our team to become the best versions of themselves. So we thought we would give you the opportunity to get to know the Team before coming in and see what it is like for yourself.
People should feel comfortable from day one no matter experience, age, gender, or background. A welcoming atmosphere is also an encouraging one.
A team performs better when they know what the end outcome is and what they stand for.
The Importance Of Having A Coach
Why should I have coaches?
If you've ever worked with a coach, you know that there are many benefits to the process. Coaching helps you set and achieve goals, gives you the opportunity to learn more about yourself and your blind spots, helps you find the right partner or job, and enables better communication with others. Working with a coach can be an investment in your success as an individual or team member—and it's worth every penny!
A coach helps you set and achieve goals
A coach helps you set and achieve goals.
You should have goals that are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and timely (SMART).
A good coach can help with this process of setting SMART goals by asking questions like:
What do you really want out of life?
What do you need to do in order for your dream or goal to become reality?
You'll learn to be more self-aware
Coaching is a powerful tool that can help you become more self-aware. A coach will help you:
Understand your strengths, weaknesses and how to improve.
Understand your motivations and how to stay on track.
Understand your blind spots and how to address them.
Understand your values (what's important to you) and align them with your goals
A coach helps you see your blind spots
A blind spot is a part of your life that you don't see, but others do.
For example: You might think that you're great at communicating with people and building relationships, but if nobody ever tells you that this is true or false, how would you know? A coach can help by being an objective source who can tell the truth about what's going on in your life--even if it means pointing out some of your less-than-flattering qualities!
Coaches are different from mentors because they focus more specifically on helping their clients achieve goals related to work or personal development. A coach will often have experience working in similar fields as their clients (e.g., business owners working with other business owners), which makes them good resources when it comes time for advice on important decisions like hiring new employees or making large purchases like computers/printers/etc... Coaches also tend not only help individuals set goals; they also hold them accountable by encouraging regular check-ins throughout the process until those goals are achieved!
Coaching is a relationship, not a one-time session
Coaching is a long-term relationship.
Coaching is not just about one-time sessions. It's about building trust, accountability and rapport with your coach over time. The goal is to create a process that you can sustain on your own in the future without having to rely on someone else for support.
A coach can help you find the right partner, job or clients
A coach can help you find the right partner, job or clients.
A coach is a great resource for finding people who are aligned with your values and mission. A coach will also give honest feedback about how to best market yourself so that you attract the right people into your life.
Your coach will help you get unstuck and stay motivated
A coach will help you get unstuck and stay motivated.
When you're stuck in a rut, it can be difficult to see things in a new light. Your coach can provide fresh perspectives that help you move forward with your goals. The same goes for staying motivated: while some days are easier than others, sometimes we need someone else's encouragement to keep us going when we're feeling discouraged or bored with our progress so far.
A good coach isn't just there for their clients' benefit; they also benefit from working together as well! Coaching relationships are mutually beneficial because both parties have something unique to offer each other--the coach has knowledge about what works best for helping people achieve their goals (and often has experience using those techniques), while clients have valuable insight into their own lives which may surprise even them if they take time out of their busy schedules
Having a coach is a great way to stay on track and make progress in your career or personal life
Coaching is a relationship, not a one-time session.
Coaching is a process, not a product.
Coaching is not a magic bullet.
Coaching is not therapy or counselling (unless you're paying for it).
But coaching can be very effective for career and personal development
Conclusion
We hope we've convinced you that having a coach is a great way to stay on track and make progress in your career or personal life. Coaching is not just for athletes and executives anymore--it can be used by anyone who wants to improve their lives and achieve their goals. If you're looking for an affordable way to make positive changes in your life, consider hiring a coach!
The Benefits of Networking
Where to begin with networking?
Networking is a powerful tool that can help you find connections, build your reputation, and learn new skills. When you're just starting out in your career or business, networking can be one of the most helpful ways to get started. It's important to network with other people who are in the position you would like to be in—whether they're at the same stage as you or even further along.
Networking helps you build and maintain a network of trusted contacts.
Networking is a great way to stay connected and informed in your field. If you're like most people, you've probably heard of networking before but don't know how to get started or what it means for your career. In this article, we'll cover why networking is useful for individuals as well as businesses; how to find opportunities for connecting with others; and some tips on how best to utilize these connections once they've been made!
Networking allows you to learn from other people's mistakes without having to make them yourself! It's much easier to learn from other people's mistakes than it is to make them yourself--and if someone else has already made them (and lived through them), they might have some good advice on how things could have gone differently or better next time around...
Networking can help you identify potential sources of income and find business opportunities.
Networking is a great way to find new opportunities. When you're part of an active network, it's easy to spot opportunities and connect with people who can help you land them. For example:
You may hear about a job opening before it becomes widely known in the industry.
Your contacts may know about new companies or products that would be perfect for your skill set.
Your network could include someone who needs assistance from time to time, so when they need something done--like hosting an event or finding some information online--they'll think of you first!
Networking is a great way to stay informed about what's going on in your industry.
You can't possibly keep up with everything that's happening in your industry. There are always new products and services, competitors popping up, new technologies coming out of left field, changes in regulations and laws--and the list goes on and on.
It's tempting to think that if you just spend more time reading industry journals or attending conferences then everything will be fine; but there's no guarantee of that either. You may still miss something important because there were too many distractions at an event or because someone didn't share their information until after the fact (or both).
Networking allows you to ask questions directly from people who have first-hand knowledge of what it's like working within your field--including those who have made mistakes along the way so they know what not do!
Networking allows you to get honest feedback from people who are in the same business as you.
Networking allows you to get honest feedback from people who are in the same business as you.
You can ask for advice, and get honest answers about what works and what doesn't.
You'll be able to see your business from another perspective, which will help improve it overall.

You can avoid making the same mistakes as others, who have already experienced them firsthand.
In this way, networking can help you figure out what not to do and how best to avoid those pitfalls in your own life!

It's much easier to learn from other people's mistakes than it is to make them yourself.
You can find out what's going on in your industry right now by talking with colleagues, who have already been working in that field for some time.
Allows for you to find your council
When you're networking, you can find someone who can mentor or coach you. This could be an older professional in your field who has been around for a while and may have experienced some of the same things as you. Or it could be someone else who has been through similar situations as yours and knows how to help guide you through them.
Conclusion
Networking is an essential part of any business. It allows you to build relationships with other people and help each other out in times of need. By networking with others in your industry, you can learn from their mistakes and stay informed about what's going on in the world around us today.
Dress Code In The Workplace
Unsure of what to wear in the office?
The workplace is a different environment than the one you may be used to. It's important to dress neatly and professionally in order to avoid distracting others and being taken seriously during meetings. But it doesn't need to mean wearing boring, drab clothing.
your work wardrobe can be stylish
You can look great and feel great at the same time. You don't have to sacrifice style for comfort or vice versa. In fact, we think that a lot of people are under the impression that their work wardrobe has to be boring, but this is not true! The truth is that you can dress stylishly while still being professional.
Look for practicality.
You should also be aware of the practicality of your clothing. Avoid clothes that are too tight, loose, short or long. If you're wearing a skirt or dress that is too short it can make others uncomfortable and distract them from their work. Similarly if you're wearing pants or jeans that are too baggy it will make others feel like they need to watch out for spills on their desks because there's so much material hanging around your ankles!
As far as materials go: don't wear anything too flimsy like silk because it might get caught in a machine at work; nor should you opt for anything heavy like wool unless it's wintertime when everyone needs something warm under those thick jackets (and even then).
Dressing for the workplace can be tough, but it doesn't have to be.
There are a lot of things you can do to make sure you look your best at work. The first step is dressing for the job you want, not the one you have.
In other words, if you're an accountant and want to be an investment banker someday, it's best not to show up in jeans and sneakers every day--even though those might be more comfortable than formal business attire. You should still dress professionally because that shows respect for yourself and others in your office environment.
If this sounds like common sense (which it is), why does so much clothing get worn out in offices? Because people often don't think about what kind of image they're sending out when they get dressed each morning; instead they just grab whatever's easiest or most comfortable at that moment in time--and then wonder why no one takes them seriously!
Wear clothing that is appropriate for the workplace and season.

Dress for the weather.
Dress for the job.
Dress for the occasion.
Be mindful of what other people are wearing in order to avoid drawing attention to yourself.
Be mindful of what other people are wearing in order to avoid drawing attention to yourself. For example, if you're the only one wearing a skirt at work and everyone else is wearing pants, it might be worth asking yourself why that is.
Dress appropriately for the workplace: If you're working somewhere with a dress code (e.g., accounting firms), follow it! Your employer has probably spent time thinking about what works best for their organization and its employees--listen to them! Even if there isn't any sort of formal policy or written down rulebook, there's likely an unspoken understanding that everyone should follow certain standards when they show up each day--and those standards may include things like avoiding bright colors or patterns (unless they're part of your company logo), dressing conservatively enough so as not to distract anyone else from doing their job well, etcetera...
Dress appropriately for your body type: If you're short and stout but want to wear heels anyway because they make your legs look longer than usual then go right ahead! But remember that this can cause problems with balance & mobility when walking around all day long so maybe don't do this unless absolutely necessary (e.g., attending an important meeting). Also keep in mind that some pants styles might look fine on someone else but look ridiculous when worn by someone else due largely because how differently shaped bodies vary greatly between individuals - meaning while one person could pull off skinny jeans successfully another person may look terrible trying them out too :)
It's important to dress professionally in the workplace, but there's no need to restrict your style in order to do so!
It's important to dress professionally in the workplace, but there's no need to restrict your style in order to do so!
First, let's talk about what "professional" means for you. You want to look like someone who takes their job seriously and knows how to carry themselves with confidence. You also want to feel comfortable in your clothes--you don't want something constricting or uncomfortable that will distract from the work at hand. Finally, it's important not only that you look good but also that others think so as well; this way they'll get a good impression of what kind of employee (and person) you are before even meeting them face-to-face.
Conclusion
If you're looking for a way to dress professionally, but still express your personal style, we hope this article has given you some ideas. We know it can be tough to find the right balance between being stylish and professional at work--but with these tips in mind, we believe that anyone can do it!
